Agaw Democratic Party Chairman and Other Executive Released

According to a reliable local source, Mr. Andualem Tilahun, Agaw Democratic Party/AgDP Chairperson, and the other Executive member Mr. Molla Wassie had been released. Mr. Tilahun freed on December 31, 2016, and Mr. Wassie released 9-days ahead of his fellow Chairperson.

The Chairperson of Agaw Democratic Party/AgDP, Mr. Andualem Tilahun had been in detention since August 24, 2016, following the wave of the anti-government protest in the region. Wassie arrested on October 23, 2016.  Their party had been declaring their innocence on the international media such as AFP and repeatedly requesting the federal government for their release. Both Mr. Tilahun and Mr. Wassie reportedly innocent, the government has not found any evidence for their involvement in the anti-constitutional revolution.

The AgDP’s colleagues expect the release of the remaining junior party members. As one commentator put, some of them are just framed by their opponents just for being careless otherwise, they must possess the intelligence of a rooster to participate in the anti-Agaw, ant-Tigrian, anti-Protestant and ant-Moslem revolution.

what guarantee do they have not to be detained again by a false allege?

  2. Congra Mr. Andualem, Kidus Tomas says:

Detention will never stop a visionary person from achieving the goal. When ANDM detains one Member, 20 will join AgDP since it is becoming more known to the public without a single advertisement and announcement. Congra Mr. Andualem!! Be wise and observe every scenario since they never sleep.

Good news. Never give up. Agaws are emerging, nobody can stop them from returning their stolen history, identity, culture and to the worst their mother tongue language.
